A refugee who learns he is HIV positive when he arrives in Canada, a native person with a dual identity, a few ordinary Canadians who were told they would die soon, a victim of rape, a young woman born with HIV, a housewife, a youth educator.

HIV/AIDS activist, Tim McCaskell explains to CBC news that there is the need to raise awareness as many people fail to recognize those living with HIV are not being treated properly.
