The Grandmothers Campaign was launced in March of 2006 in response to emerging crisis faced by African grandmothers as they struggled to care for millions of children orphaned by AIDS

This film centres on the SLF’s African Grandmothers Tribunal, held in Vancouver BC in 2013. The film begins in Africa, and highlights six of these courageous grandmothers as they prepare to give powerful and emotional testimony before the Tribunal judges.
