The Tracks survey of people who inject drugs (PWID) collected data to describe the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis C and associated risk behaviours and to examine trends over time.

PHAC continues to monitor trends in new HIV diagnosis. This surveillance report provides an overview of the epidemiology of all reported diagnoses of HIV in Canada
